Starting with Bourbon Smoked Pepper, which is slow-smoked over bourbon barrel staves. Then they add Bourbon Smoked Sesame Seeds along with nori, mustard, and poppy seeds. The result is an exotic flavor experience with a hint of subtle smokiness.
