Refunds & Exchanges
No worries! Items that are in the original packaging and are unused may be returned within 30 days of purchase. All sales on custom stationery are final and may not be returned.
To initiate a return, please contact us at email@example.com to obtain authorization for the return and receive additional instructions. We can not accept returns that have not been authorized by our team.
If the return is a result of an error on our end, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label once a team member has responded to your inquiry.
Returning an item is at your own risk and cost. You must ensure that the item is adequately packaged and, at your discretion and cost, insured. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for refund.
Once we receive the returned item, your refund will be credited to the original method of payment within 1-3 business days.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
