Andrésy à l’Ancienne is first and foremost a taste of tradition; timeless artisanal jam recipes with the delicious flavors of yesteryear and “home-made” jams.

This jam is made from peaches that are picked at the perfect time. The peaches and vanilla are then slowly simmered in a copper cauldron, to create this rich jam. This jam is best served on a freshly baked biscuit or warmed and served over vanilla bean ice cream.
